Ad copy formulas you can test without invented proof

Three structures for a headline, a body, and an ask, plus what to hold constant in the test.

Problem, outcome, ask

Name the problem in the buyer's words, the outcome they would notice, and one next step. Illustration: "No-shows fill the first hour. Reminders stay in the booking tool. Book a 20-minute workflow review." The destination is the same page the button names.

If you do not have a measured outcome, describe the mechanism instead of a percentage. "Reminders stay in the booking tool" can be true when "cut no-shows by 30 percent" is not.

Alternative, then difference

Buyers compare. Say the alternative and the operational difference. Illustration: "Skip the separate dialer. Send the reminder from the schedule the front desk already has." This formula fails when the difference is an adjective. "More modern" does not tell anyone what changes on Monday.

Proof only when you have it

A third variant can lead with proof: a named customer, a count you measured, or a quote you have permission to use. Leave the variant out when you would have to invent the proof. Generate three angles in the ad copy generator, then test one change at a time against the current ad. Changing the headline, the offer, and the audience together teaches you nothing.
