A content calendar template with owners, not just titles
Columns, a four-week sketch, and the rule for splitting one topic across channels.

Columns that force a decision
A usable row has a date, a topic, the intent or audience, the channel, an owner, a call to action, and a status. Title alone is a brainstorm. Owner and status are what make Thursday real.
Intent matters because a how-to and a product page should not share a slot by accident. If you do not know the intent yet, the row is not ready to schedule.
Four weeks, one offer
Sketch, not a performance plan. Week 1 explains the cost of the problem. Week 2 shows the workaround buyers use today. Week 3 compares the alternatives without invented prices. Week 4 invites the next step you can actually fulfill, such as a workflow review. All four rows name the same offer so the month does not advertise four products.
Replace the week numbers with dates when a person accepts the row. Until then it is a draft.
One topic, several rows
A blog post, a short video, and an email can share a topic. Give each its own row, owner, and ask. A single cell that says "all channels" hides who is late. Generate the month in the content calendar template, then delete any row nobody will touch.
