SWOT analysis examples that end in one action

How to sort strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, with one illustration and a rule for the next action.

Put each fact in one quadrant

Strengths and weaknesses are inside the company and true today. Opportunities and threats are outside and may change the situation. "We plan to hire" is not an opportunity. "Clinics are replacing manual reminder calls" can be, if you have heard it from buyers rather than from your own roadmap.

A SWOT that repeats the same idea in two boxes feels complete and decides nothing. Force every item into one box.

One illustration

Teaching example for a scheduling product, not a case study. Strength: reminders already sit in the booking workflow the front desk uses. Weakness: the team cannot yet show a no-show figure a buyer can verify. Opportunity: buyers describing the pain of a separate dialer. Threat: the incumbent suite bundling reminders into the renewal.

The action is not "do marketing." It is "collect one verified no-show figure before that claim appears in an ad." The weakness names the work.

Stop at one action

A quadrant with eight items produces eight projects. Choose the action that uses a real strength or shrinks the weakness that blocks the next sale. Park the rest. If a threat is a named rival, describe that rival in a competitor analysis instead of pasting the whole grid into the SWOT.

Re-run the generator when a fact changes. A SWOT from last year that nobody can challenge is decoration.
