Example output

Illustration: columns for your reminder workflow, a separate dialer, and the incumbent suite. Known fact, the dialer requires an export. Unknown, the suite's reminder price. The competitor analysis template leaves the price cell empty. It does not guess.

How to use it

  1. Name the alternatives a buyer actually mentions, not a long list of logos.
  2. Enter only facts you can point to.
  3. Run the competitor analysis template and keep unknown cells empty.
  4. Move a confirmed threat into the SWOT analysis generator as one item, not a copy of the whole grid.

FAQ

How many competitors should I include?

The ones a buyer would shortlist. Three is usually enough. A longer list hides the comparison that matters.

What if I do not know their price?

Leave it blank and write how you will find it. An invented price is worse than a gap.

Is a feature checklist enough?

Only if the buyer chooses on features. Add the job and the switching cost when those decide the deal.
